After you’ve placed your order successfully, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order tracking number, so keep it safe.
Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, DELIVERY TIMES AND RETURN POLICY
Currently, we’re shipping to most countries across the globe. If your chosen destination is not appearing during the checkout process, please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.
All Products are shipped out after fulfilment. We take about 2-7 business days to create and fulfill apparel products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
USA:3-5 business days via USPS
Canada:5-10 business days
Australia: 3-6 Business days
International:10-20 business days without tracking
The shipping costs and times depend on your shipping destination, and you will get an estimation of the total cost and duration of your shipment as part of the checkout process. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you should be in touch with the courier to get a more accurate account of your order’s arrival.
On average, you should expect to receive your order within 10 business days after you’ve placed your order with us. We will be in touch with you if we expect any delays.

What Can be Returned
Only the items that are faulty or damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. Returns must also comply with our User Agreement. If a reprint is approved, no changes may be granted for change of colour, product, size, or design.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. All returns/reprint requests are sent to sales@teezign.com.au with the following information: your name, order number, date of your purchase, what garments you would like to return, a short description of the manufacturing and/or print error, and a photo of the garment.
What Cannot be Refunded or Returned:
Change of mind
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer
Shipping or stock delays
Dissatisfaction with different colours profiles between different garments
Incorrect product selection by the user (size, style, brand, or colour – please remember to check our size charts before placing your order)
Variances in the garment size of +/- 2cm (supplier allowance)
Variations in print positions – due to the nature of our ordering system, sometimes we would make necessary adjustments to the size and position of your artwork in order to achieve the best results.
